Cancellation requests made within 48 hours of the scheduled time may incur a 20% cancellation fee of the service fee. Cancellations made after the service has been rendered will not be eligible for a refund.

  • Full Refund: If you cancel the service 48 hours or more before the scheduled appointment, you will be eligible for a full refund of any prepaid fees.
  • Partial Refund: If you cancel within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment, we may offer a partial refund (minus the cancellation fee) at our discretion.
  • No Refund: Once a service has been delivered or if the work has already begun, refunds are not available.

2. Digital Products (Checklists, Guides, Tools, and Other Resources)

We offer a variety of digital products, including checklists, guides, templates, and tools, available for download on our Website. These products are delivered immediately upon purchase, and as such, are subject to the following refund conditions:

Due to the nature of digital products, once you have downloaded the products, cancellations are not possible. If you experience any issues with the products, please contact us, and we will try to resolve the matter promptly.
